The series Knoten (Knots) emerged after a prolonged illness, during which Leonie began using art to process her experiences. This body of work addresses gut feelings, intuition, and the deep connection between body and mind.
Knots is a visual exploration of emotional entanglement and release, reflecting Leonie’s effort to untangle her inner life. The series is both deeply personal and universally resonant, inviting viewers to reflect on their own inner tensions and paths to healing.
